If I wanted someone to build me a small say a 1200 square foot home in Payson on my land, who would I call ? Does Payson allow module homes or manufacture homes on lots in Payson?
You would need to see if your community has any manufactured home restrictions. Payson has a quite a few communities with restrictions on putting up a manufactured home. Gila County has a permit department - you would want to check with them as well.
@debbiem73 No, they do have homes under $1M. The lowest price home in the area right now is $625,000 but within the past year, some homes have sold in the $500,000 range. Depends on size, # of bedrooms, etc.
Stopped watching after a few minutes. It’s not that helpful looking at a huge screen of you , as beautiful as you are, and just a tiny picture of what you’re talking about. That was annoying but I’m going to look elsewhere because you mentioned these places and never once any price points Not a well thought out video if you wanted to be helpful for those looking there

@@shellymyersrealtor I wonder how much their HOA fees are in Chaparral Pines?
@@EarlBalentine I believe the HOA fees are $532.00 paid quarterly in Chapparal Pines.
Wonderful area and great little city. Everything south of there you can give back to Mexico!
What I drove all thru the south side and all I saw was very hight price homes probably starting at 1 million dollars.
Don't forget to tell them they will be 80 or more from Phoenix. There are not many jobs here. Unless fast food is what they want to do.

Appreciate the comment. Definitely something I will think about for future videos. Thanks!
Hopefully that rodeo closes soon. Too much animal abuse.
Your parents are animal abuse
