Any advice, I wanted to go back to running this year but we have a new coach and he’s not a good coach. He has everyone running in the wrong form, I still love the sport though. Would you suggest I do club or run for my school, love your videos btw 💕
I thrive in the cold I love it but it's the summer that gets me and I live in NZ were we have summer all year round the only time we get any kinda of cool down is when the weather let's us or when the wind blows the snow on Mt Taranaki our way or the snow is intense for us feel it and it doesn't happen very often of course it's still cold once in a while but still love the cold.
