@@RawWwWR i’ve definetly spoke about that stuff in past videos but don’t remember which exact ones! but changing habits, working on yourself, going to therapy, resting guilt free, having a safe person to talk to etc all help but at the end of the day, if my anxiety is at it’s worst and all i can do is stay in bed then that’s what i’ll do. listen to your body, be kind and don’t be afraid to reach out for professional help as that was the best thing i ever did for my mental health.
