Thank you for the video. I just replaced my 31-year-old Sears microwave with a Panasonic Model # NN-SN97HS. It comes with a five-year warranty. If it lasts half as long as the Sears, it will outlive me!

Sad but true. B&D used to be an excellent brand in the 70's and 80's. So many American brands shifted production to China in the 90's and their quality nose-dived.
