Free advice: If you don't know what to pick in the last slot, pick castle-3. He does not consume an operator's slot and buffs melee chars for a short while. If you use him instead of Gravel to light up behind whoever is your puller, you can save some DP and a slot for someone you find more useful.
or u can use Projekt red cuz her s2 can cancel viviannas big explosion thing when u drop red and stun her

Yeah, it took me two days worth of drills to do NL-S-3 because the opening was really tight and needed a specific order, and now it's off to Kyo for 4 and 5 because I'm not chugging pots or waiting until the end of the event.
One tip i can give after failing 10+ runs:
Surtr might get hit after the blood knight awakens despite the stun and deploy tactic so don’t even deploy surtr in the first place until the blood knight awakens. Since surtr’s skill charges so quickly anyway and you save a deployment limit to deal with those blades in the meantime
I was using Gladiia instead of Rope and she just pulled Viviana into the pit in both my normal clear and the CM - thanks a lot Kyo, would not manage these without your help
What skill did you use for that to happen, S2 or S3?
@@CooltasticOG must be s3, because Viviana does not walk to the pulling range, but with gladiia s3, she can crowd aoe in one place and pull

Gladiia definitely made a big difference, the left side was pretty much covered and I never had to worry about it

They honestly should make challenge mode free sanity/plans, enemies literally do like 2x more damage and are so much more tankier than in normal mode it requires a massive change in strategy sometimes.
If the plans were normal of cost (1) and the sanity you spent doesnt get halved when you lose. I think this balance is much better
Same. Fuck the devs for making the game this way, CM should be free of sanity cost
Challenge mode’s hidden buff in event stages is generally just 10% hp/atk buff, more if it directly states “enemy has increased atk”. In story stages it can get much higher though, 5-10 cm for instance is 50% hp/10% atk
@@baduser103 I see nice to know, I still beat S-4 CM though it was just kinda annoying going through so many plans. Like isn't this game supposed to encourage trial and error and studying the map. Only reason why I still look up guides tbh just cause I need to know what's coming without being penalized for it
Well i dont really have a problem with the increased stats, theres a reason why its called challenge mode. Though i dont get why spending and waiting for sanity is also part of the challenge.

Omg, I don’t even notice there’s a hole in this stage.
Me: Struggle to clear stage on stream for 4 hours with defenders getting 1 hit left and right by the boss even using high end ops
Kyo: Ok so here's a video a couple hours after the stage goes live on how to beat it with 1 6 star and basically no unintentional unit losses.

Aaaaaahhhhhh, so close, I nearly got a 3 star, I even killed the blood knight, but the archers I was unable to kill. Thank you for the guide anyway, at least I got the armorless respected

Many players say this stage is easier than nl-s-3 but for me nl-s-3 is easier than this... Because i don't level up my defender to E1 max level or higher so its frustating
same case for me... so I tried to use a tankier guard and a 5 star medic to tackle the issue and it worked well

Got it, Thanks. The Extra Guard I chose was Amiya and her S2 M2. wait for a bunch of enemies to surround. and 105%+ 700= 1470 True damage. combine that with Surtr's S3(Support unit) both the Blood Knight and the candle Knight didn't last After that! 😁
Man this map is a lot easier with any kind of true dmg

Yeah i find them unfun, I dont even bother with the challenge modes. I hate the stages that require certain operators. I prefer the easier onces where you can just free form with your favourites.
@@TheRoleplayer40k I try hard to get all cm for medal but then I stuck on nl-ex-8 and kyo said I need Kalsith and Chen alter which I have neither I just go forget it mode
I do like when the game is not too easy but this is just too hard even to the moderate player and forget about beginner

Gladia S7 will pull Vivania into the pit if you block her in the square that you place cuora in and you can skip the final part.

I found this way easy than S3 like melantha just switch with Irene and Viviana just lost her v card for good in the air😂

I am confused by the blood night; does he reactivate after a set duration, or if enough blades reach him, or what? He seems to take a long time to recharge, so I feel like I'm missing something
