But I would suggest you please take proper consultation from a practicing Advocate so as to know which legal course of action to adopt. Your situation may involve criminal offences apart from sexual harrasment. So you may even think of filing FIR with police. But don't just go by my words. ऐसा होना जरूरी नहीं। क्योंकि पीड़िता की गवाही से भले ही अपराध साबित ना हो, इसका मतलब हमेशा यह नहीं होता कि पीड़िता झूठी गवाही ही दे रही है।
