@@Chilo-i1d For the most part, but there are a handful of Edison cards that remain problematic. Also with cards this old reprints are favorable just to pull versions of them in decent condition without breaking the bank.
@@waldoc2829 Yes. But if you tank the Edison market it really disensentives people to play to. You want a fine line to affordable to dirt cheap. I would say honestly 100 bucks for a tier 1 yugioh deck is really reasonable.
I think these sets (including hidden arsenal, legendary Duelist seasons, etc) are fun for people getting back into the game after a long time. A Lot of modern and classic cards. Also getting a nice stack of cards to boost your bulk or binders. Not for the die hards, but casuals might like them.
As a casual collector, I like reprint sets. I have high value cards I keep saying I’ll sell, but in my heart of hearts I know I just like opening and collecting, so the chance of getting a card I didn’t already have is good enough for me. Rarity collection was reprint heaven, same with legendary collection. I’d be content opening those forever lol
I liked this opening tbh. Pretty dice, each pack seemed to offer good cards. I like the alt art cyber dragon. Also card quality looks great. An if it's only $15-10 dollars seems worth a box or 2 :).

I’m really excited for this box, missed out the previous packs, but a second shot to pull an astral text of number 39: utopia is an excellent thing, along with some excellent reprint choices.
I bought I display case too but here in Germany you got a nicer packging. We have hard cardboard box in the size like an old Pokémon starter deckbox with an inlay which holds the 2 packs, a whole for the dice and space for the Secret Rare on the top above the Packs.
This set is honestly pretty underrated. A lot of really good reprints of needlessly expensive cards like Photon Lord. Rarity leaves a bit to be desired, but this makes a lot of legacy formats cheaper
Compared to normal BOL, this set is lacking, but when you look at what was reprinted, it helps a lot. Some pretty pricey cards are now less than 20 compared to what they were. The dice are always fun to try and collect too
I think there are some good pieces in here. CED retrain is cool, the Flying Elephant is great. Plus, lots of Hero support, which I am always in support of.
Odd question, but where is the giveaway held? When I opened my first individual box I was lucky to pull my Astral Text Utopia, so I am happy with that.
Hey Ruxin, love the vids! My thoughts on this set are torn… loved the BLS promo, the Kaijus and, of course, the alt art Stratos ✨ but aside from those… ahhhh it’s hard to say if I’d pick it up out in the wild… That green Stratos die though? That alone almost made it worth it haha!
A good amount of the reprints were desperately needed. I know that some of the cards were sold out of my local shops. And I’ve had packages stolen before so the reprints are nice.
BoL is a good set to tie the last booster box and the next one. I bought all my lightsworn cards back in December when they announced new support and I was just returning to yugioh. Still haven't touched link or pendulum much but it's super exciting to see so many new cards and a lot of like 5 cents which is awesome for collecting them.
Awesome video as usual I agree this type of set needs a chase promo or something besides a chase die like previous sets like this. They need to put like an Ultimate or 1 starlight you can possibly pull.
Got one box. Got the chaos emperor which was only thing i wanted. Lol. Got it in silver letter. *also silver letter is the rare lettering for rares. It doesnt really match the secret style lettering as much.*
I'm looking forward to it. the card list is quite good in my opinion, and I think it is a good opportunity to buy and get cards from the set when the original packs are no longer available in any of the stores i go to.
I'm stoked about the Yubel reprints, considering I'm trying to build a fun deck based around them from Phantom Nightmare n' stuff. My boyfriend wants lightsworn stuff too just because of nostalgia, so it's neat.
I aint opened or collected cards in like 6 or 7 years stopped shortly after my first born was born so just kinda getting back into it and saw ur stuff on Facebook reels and got hooked
i think this set is actually really good. it gave us much needed reprints for the meta, and for edison as well bringing costs down all around. the dice are nice to use and can be taken to tourneys and the secret promos are nice as well, however it does make the packs boring as they only have ultras and commons
I’m currently building hero’s so the new hero reprints are super cool to me, especially the absolute zero, shame we didn’t get a liquid soldier though 😢
honestly I got a case for this set, and it was alright wasn’t the best though. A lot of the reprints seemed kinda meh at best. Obviously the winners were Chaos Emperor, Photon Lord, and Utopia. The promos were hyped but honestly Konami should have just included those in the set itself rather than being promos because out of a case I only pulled a playset of of each promo.
Thanks for opening the set, was very informative to see the ratios. I actually like this set. But the card pool is way too large to warrant me buying sealed. I just wanted useful Edison cards and galaxy lord from this.
I don't have a strong opinion in either direction in regard to the reprinting of the set, but I do have a very strong opinion about that dice though. That Cyber Dragon dice looks amazing! Is that the first dice to come out with Cyber Dragon on it? I'm a bit of a Cyber Dragon fan boy, my main deck is a Cyber Dragon deck. Soooo many dules have been won because I happened to Power Bond summoned Cyber Twin or Cyber End on like the second or third turn and just obliterated my opponent.
I'm glad they reprinted the Yubel stuff but I too am unsure as to why it wasn't included in phantom nightmare. Nice to see some of the hero cards, and big eye getting a reprint.
I love playing a dice deck (yes I know, it'll never be meta), so I love getting sets with dice in them and of cause my boss monster Orgoth is in this set so that's a huge plus for me. I really enjoy the look of this set and enjoyed the vid! :)
I definitely think this set is good. It reprints a ton of stuff like Heroes, Edison staples, and Galaxy Eyes Photon Lord (which my friend, a pretty budget galaxy-eyes player, couldn’t wait for!)

Dont think we needed borrel reprints tbh, they were fairly cheap, like 10-15$ last time I checked..
Also, Flying Elephant is the card that beats Bandit Keith when Pegasus has a kid from the crowd duel in his place

Cyber Slash Harpie Lady is a much needed re-print.

Any set that reprints any Elemental Hero card or Hero support card is ok in my book! Love the nostalgia.

Alt art Ultra Stratos is a pretty good reprint I think! SIlver name are def an improvement over the other alt color Ultras, so thats good

plus a pretty large percentage of hero beat that wasn't common charity before just moved into common charity.
Great Video again! I like the Sets were you get a dice or sleeves with your packs but apart from that this set is not really that exciting.

I think this reprint set is fine. Several well deserved reprints especially for Time Wizard format especially in the promos.

I think this set has some really solid reprints. Ab Zero, Cyber Slash, Big Eye, Dark Armed XYZ, CED pendulum, Photon Lord, etc.
I’ll probably pick some up when they’re on sale I quite like these sets, especially for the hero reprints
