Dag I suggest you install the "Tip Anywhere" mod, it will allow you to pick up pieces of straw and hay that aren't laying on your land. Then you don't have ugly bits laying around everywhere and you won't lose valuable crops
What helps me with reversing dollies is first person view and going really slow (1-3mph). From inside that cab I find it easier to see whether I'm pivoting the dolly axle and which way/how fast. Going slow gives me enough reaction time to actually fix issues.
Use your windrower to bring the hay back onto the field. It is where the main point of the working are on the implement is that matters. Tractor means jack.
FWIW, The dollies that you struggle to back up with give me fits in real life. They wobble on the road when you go forward too fast which makes them cumbersome as well. I thought practicing with FS22 might help IRL, but I seem to be worse. I am anti-steerable axles on all towed implements.
For a new combine i would recommend the Bizon Gigant from Deus_volt it only costs around 45-50k for the full set(header, combine and trailer) I think it's a really good mod you should give it a go
Might have been a better idea to get the fully mature cows as they will produce the most amount of milk the quickest and also breed. A better ROI in the short term. So glad to hear you embracing contracts. The more I play, contracts are a great way to make use of the whole map.
Put in green rye and grass in the fields as wintercrops and convert it to silage and hay in the spring. Do silage and hay contracts to get more bales from the access amount from the contract
In the better wages mod, if you turn details on and click the person icon you can organize contracts by owner. May be helpful when hunting for land discounts!
Just a little tip with the tanker as im a trucker drive iv hauled b trains and other trailers that are two pined together your over steering if you keep your hands at 10 and 2 don't go pass that what iv told people when I was training new drivers and b trains are in the game the lode king grain trailers there Canadian what we use here not only for grain but flat bed dump trailer and van
Maybe put 2 tankers of water in to your orchard from april to September then stop and concentrate on winter contracts and cows. Orchards are usually very good un September too
Sometimes a windrower will pick up grass just out of bounds and deposit it where you can collect it, worth a try with your rake, but I'm guessing 50% success at best given how far out it has gone.
There is a mod called windmill water pump that fits vintage theme. Also there is a mod fox axle blocking makes two axle trailers and tankers easier for reversing.
Taking another loan just before the 'low income' winter months, does not sound like a good idea to me. Feeding the hay with the pickup/loading wagon would have saved you a lot of spending. I think the 80% productivity for cows is fine and would give plenty of milk too (just 20% less). The cows will not produce milk yet, as the cows you bought are 12 months youngh Heiffers. They start giving milk after the first reproduction (18 months). Still enjoy watching, as always!! Keep it up!
Daggerwin I’ve just being thinking whilst watching your video know you have cows up and running your Massey Ferguson is the main only tractor at the moment for everything I was thinking that maybe it might be the right time to buy another mid range tractor around 90 to 130hp for the cow farm and silage and hay jobs because the Massey Ferguson is the main tractor for land work right know I also think that once the milk production gets started between your milk production and apple production the money generated from these two could help to buy a claas lexion from the 90s with a corn header for sunflowers and maize big thing in Europe
When you buy a field after gaining a discount - can you sell out again at full price or only at the discount you paid for it? Nice little loophole to take advantage of!!!
could you do a baling contract and be able keep a few bales of hay at the end of the contract? that might be enough to keep going until you buy more land.
I disagree with your comment about preferring to make hay than to buy hay. Silage is far more valuable than hay, and you can purchase hay from the in-game Store (no mods) for less money (186/1,000 L) than what you can sell silage (typically max price of 342/1,000 L on Normal Economy). So I always make silage from my grass fields and purchase hay as necessary. Or, if you don't mind doing contracts, do a couple of hay contracts and use the surplus bales. Of course then, you need to own a tedder and windrower (if your mower does not swatch), and if you purchase all the hay you need, you do not need to own either of these two implements.
You really don't like the Vintage farming do you? You seem to always want to race along moaning you need to buy everything to turn the farm into a modern farm with every machine and 50 fields!.
look for the Euromilk stuff thy are polish and do a small tub mixer. Also unless its a mod we were using on the last server but keeping youngstock with the cowns means they drink the milk from the cows and youbget less to sell but you have to feed more or move the small cows to snother shed orbpssture and feed they hsy only

I do that in real life too, lol
it helps going slow
Don’t forget about the field you bought from Thomas
You should be able to use the John Deere A to feed the cows. It doesn't need a 3-point linkage, just the PTO.
The feed mixer could be the John Deere's job👍
Dont forget about your soybean field at the bottom of the map
Don't forget the milk tank and manure spreader in the future to get the most out of our beloved cows
Use your windrower to bring the hay back onto the field. It is where the main point of the working are on the implement is that matters. Tractor means jack.
The Tardis harvester, without all the un-realistic upgrades, is a good option. And it actually looks pretty vintage
big fan of the series, in the future you should get the Z-130 forage harvester its and old polísh model (fits the map) its also affordable
Dag, be sure you store your triticale securely. You don't want trouble with tribbles. 😂
I understand your difficulty with dolly trailers lol. Back when I worked with airplanes towing with an extra pivot point was a nightmare!
FWIW, The dollies that you struggle to back up with give me fits in real life. They wobble on the road when you go forward too fast which makes them cumbersome as well. I thought practicing with FS22 might help IRL, but I seem to be worse. I am anti-steerable axles on all towed implements.
Buy the hay field across the road behind your garage. Then buy the one next to it. The field with the ruble pile doesnt yeild nearly as well.
Daggerwin's time-lapse songs are like a box of chocolates.... you never know what your going to get... 😊
For a new combine i would recommend the Bizon Gigant from Deus_volt it only costs around 45-50k for the full set(header, combine and trailer) I think it's a really good mod you should give it a go
I think that you should allow yourself multiple water refills in the orchard in September and October which generally are good harvest time for apples
Might have been a better idea to get the fully mature cows as they will produce the most amount of milk the quickest and also breed. A better ROI in the short term. So glad to hear you embracing contracts. The more I play, contracts are a great way to make use of the whole map.
I generally back Dolley trailers by hooking it to the"FRONT" of the tractor, i find the trailer responds much better that way.
Put in green rye and grass in the fields as wintercrops and convert it to silage and hay in the spring. Do silage and hay contracts to get more bales from the access amount from the contract

Thanks for another great episode!
a rake will often gather hay that's offside you land and pull it on, then you can bail it.
I believe there is a mod where you can make a dolly trailer behave like a normal one. The front steering axle gets disabled.
Maybe put 2 tankers of water in to your orchard from april to September then stop and concentrate on winter contracts and cows. Orchards are usually very good un September too
Guture combine could be the Bizon Super or Bizon Z056.
Really inexpensive and polish so it will fit this map. Cheers
I'd recommend turning that field you just harvested into a grass field as those cows wont be supported by that small grass field.
Sometimes a windrower will pick up grass just out of bounds and deposit it where you can collect it, worth a try with your rake, but I'm guessing 50% success at best given how far out it has gone.
Lovin your work sir, please keep going till your ready to stop
mowing round and rond and rond, whit that music.totaly acid😊❤
You should show us a breakdown of how many hores you have on each fs, that would be quite intresting, well to me at least.
If you have a tractor with a front attachment that will fit a dolly trailer it is much easier to steer with the steer wheels close to the dolly 7:56
Great to see cows 🎉
Don’t forget about your bean field!
daggerwin i reccomend a brand new mod - claas matador combine it has a 2150l tank and 4m header for 17.5k!
There is a mod called windmill water pump that fits vintage theme. Also there is a mod fox axle blocking makes two axle trailers and tankers easier for reversing.
There is a mod to unload bales early the name is unload bales early

I think that for your next tractor you should get an Ursus because they are a Polish brand very similar to Zetor
If you go for another harvester and it has to be vintage, look into Bautz Titan.
You can feed silage to cows it just registers as hay
Don’t forget about the soybean field at the bottom of the map. Field 99 I think it is.
Rostselmash is Russian. from Rostov-on-Don. pretty close to Poland and is a VERY common brand for the area. Seems like a good fit to me.
Good job dag🙂

Thank you daggerwin
Maybe drill some grass back into the old clover field?
Daggerwin, gets 30 cows, with enough food for 2 months max.
Lol daggerwin i also have like 5000+ hours dont worry your not the only one
Rostselmash is very common in Poland, so it is an appropriate brand.
Sure, if you want to support the Russian economy. Just remember, Poland is next on Vlad's shopping list.
Dagger i love this series
Hi daggerwin you should get the old class dominater pack for a bbigger combine
Field 99 still needs harvesting
When you buy a field after gaining a discount - can you sell out again at full price or only at the discount you paid for it? Nice little loophole to take advantage of!!!
Daggerwin there is a collectable on the the little black well next to the house if you haven’t took that one already
Don't forget about 99
Ps if you feel like it can you please put Madona BE MY LOVER as the song for a timelapse
Hello 🎉
-> Gets 30 cows -> Has nothing to feed them thru the winter 😆
i love your videos
could you do a baling contract and be able keep a few bales of hay at the end of the contract? that might be enough to keep going until you buy more land.
Traiy ņiva harvister
i wish we could have a smaller open cab tractor like the fiat dt 1000
Dagerwin there is a noble grain silo mod on mod hub if you are interested
Look at the well in your yard by the house and you can get a coin for 10,000
You should install the unload bales early mod
Yeah he should!

Dolly trailer there's an axle blocker mod on mod hub
You would throttle way down to be a rake
Daggerwin I love your videos and I have a TH-cam channel
Again, what happened to field 99??
Yay 🐄
🤔🤔 if I'm not mistaken, didn't you buy feild 99 that has soybeans in it?
Better off just feeding the cows hay it is more profitable in the end and much less work
Congratulations daggerwin I am also TH-camr I have 388 subs and my life if messed up in real life
What map is this I really like it
first
Do it daggerwin
Can you please buy a small vintage trailer for the John deer for carting apples please
resending my mom died so i inherited the farm and I haven't known what to do
It's not holstiiiins it's holsteeeens
Where's survival roleplay daggerwin
Pretty sure he said previously he was going to continue it in FS25
@@MadmanJnr OK thanks
Daggerwin can you tidy up the yard next time?
You really don't like the Vintage farming do you? You seem to always want to race along moaning you need to buy everything to turn the farm into a modern farm with every machine and 50 fields!.

24:05 is a collectable
maybe you can look at a John Deere 105 combine mod, it is a vintage combine but has a 5000 liter tank. I think it is affordable too.
