I'm actually French, and I live in the French west indies, and we got it harder her , all the school are open normally but restaurants, theaters, bars and nightclubs are all closed, my issue here is that they can't allow people in these public areas but can allow people from 3 to 22 to gather in the same areas were we are much more than any of the other public areas ( primary schools hase 200 300 children, and theaters has less than 150 , i will let you imagine for the other schools)
