Hi Ms. Miffy!! I have a suggestion so that your quiche will always come out beautifully! I noticed that the store bought dough is not the correct type of dough for quiche. The one you bought looks more like puff pastry. But for quiche, you need to use short crust pastry dough. It’s actually very easy to make at home and I know you can do it. Once you’ve made the short crust dough, bake it with a weight in it like using beans, or rice to weigh down the dough.

I would like to give you two little tips ... When you prepare the Caprese salad with tomato and mozzarella you should put on top fresh basil leaves and lots of oregano, they give an incredible flavor and aroma. When you make the sauce with meatballs, add half a glass of red or white wine and add the tomato sauce only after the alcohol has evaporated, you can flavor the sauce with a pinch of rosemary. You will see what a delight! 😋I hope you will accept my advice…I’m from Italy but living in Germany.

Hello i am very sorry to intrude ...i think for the Quiche the secret is the pastry,it should be pasta brisée wich is crusty short pastry (it is a bit different from the normal pastry because in the baking process it becomes, due to the ingredients and making ,crusty .pre baking the pastry can be another secret of success...but overall my warmest greetings and hugs.🤗 May your day be happy and warm as the most shiniest spring ever. 💗

If you partially bake the pastry first before adding the egg mixture you won’t get a soggy base on the quiche.

I love your videos and the contents you bring us, every now and then I try some of your recipes even from Germany where I’m currently living 😊However, you shouldn't put sugar in almost all the dishes you prepare, even if it's a couple of tablespoons, in the long run it is unhealthy as you also eat sweets quite often. 😉🍀
