If it's eating it then I can see it as it's 2 really big slices and the slice is double crusted. That amount of dough will fill just about anyone up. As for making it, it's not that hard to make but it'll tastes different as even if you use the same ingredients, your oven isn't the same. A great pizza requires both ingredients and oven.
