Absolutely chilling interview and hopefully it doesn't get as bad as Dr. Miscovich suggests. If his predictions are correct Dr Josh Green will almost certainly take the fall for failing to plan properly and he will lose the Governors race to somebody else. He needs to turn this bureaucratic failure around immediately and/ or distance himself from the Ige/ Blangiardi failures if he wants relevance.
