But I’m gonna have to gobble up to the ramp to fish a little. I’ve been up at the west ramp first cove over, and have seen many large bass but nothing was hitting. How deep were the fish you were catching?

I don't use anchor outside of cove much but it should.

most were pretty shallow. cruising the treelines.
Im a beginner at fishing and will be at lake casitas this weekend. What style of rig do you recommend?
Casitas is tough right now. fish are very deep. drop shot with a roboworm or Texas rig. stick to deep wind swept points.
