I love watching the beyonce choreography's.
The security of this shopping centre acts with full of discrimination.They lack humanity. I was resting myself in a chair in a relaxing position while my mother was shopping. The security asked me to leave saying that I was not seated but obscuring the chair. There was no one else to sit or wating to sit either. The staff has such bad attitudes.Poor inhuman qulities.

I approached a staff member at Coles Brandon Park Shopping Centre named Gishen who was unloading milk from the cartons to the refrigerator, and I asked a question regarding a milk enquiry because I could not find the specific milk on the shelf. Gishen told me that Coles is no longer selling that milk in plastic containers anymore. When I asked him why this was the case, Gishen started to laugh at me and then his co-worker named Brent butted in and repeated to me the same answer with a smirk on his face. As I turned my back to leave, my teenage son saw Brent shake his head and roll his eyes at me. When my teenage son told him that we will complain, they both became all serious in their facial expressions. This has never happened to me in Coles before and this has been my first visit to Brandon Park SC Coles, as I am not from the area. I felt intimidated, degraded, and uncomfortable by their rude behaviour. I reported them to Coles head office as they need a course in etiquette, customer service skills, and above all, listening and communication skills without bias.
