Excuses over delays in finishing off the likes of road signs and other materials to fully finish the road not being acquired due to Covid. Total BS. It’s all about money I believe in the Contract. And having no assembly in government doesn’t help here either. The road has been pretty much complete for 6 months, but they are farting about and the likes of myself still have to drive on the old road along side this when it can be used. This new road was open to a single lane 40mph a few months back, but they closed it up again to do surfacing at either end. That’s been finished for ages. Just a running joke here now.
Surely it'll be open before the decade is out.
