I’ve listened to this message 3 times, what I didn’t want to do was physically block a past person I loved on my phone. Extremely toxic, non reciprocating , lying, deceitful. I think I was in a limeramt mindset. Sometimes I hate being a Pisces and knowing my truth. Why am I so special he can’t come with me? It’s heartbreaking. My biggest fear of letting go..acknowledging it..but did it with great fear and sadness. I’m telling you all this to make myself accountable. I’ve known I had to to this for along time. Pack my house for our second hurricane in 2 weeks? As I'm listening to you, that is exactly what I'm doing - cleaning, laundry, bathrooms, while mentally packing my ER evacuate bag, pack the house, put the shutters in place, on and on and on...And, after researching my next move for the past 3 years and the location and homes, etc, and finally deciding? all destroyed by Hurricane Helene - but I knew God didn't want me to move just yet and thankfully I listened to my intuition. Have been slowly consistently drained of joy, and feeling worse because I do have blessings in my life that I just cant see or feel for all the responsibilities and work, doing everything for everyone else all the time. I took three women to their very first powerlifting meet yesterday.....and it was my coaching debut.....on the platform anyway,I have coached plenty but that was the first time at a live meet.I got home around 4pm and went to bed....slept till 11 am today lol.

This was ONE HUNDRED PERCENT for me. I'm a 53 year old widow with a soon-to-be 16 year old son, and I have NEVER done a household budget. My late husband and I always lived paycheck to paycheck, and I was still living this way nearly 2.5 years after his passing... Because I always viewed budgeting as "the hard thing." Yesterday my older sister sat down with me for several hours and helped me dive deep into my spending habits (detrimental spending habits) and figure out a budget that, for the first time in my life, I am determined to stick to. It's only been 24 hours but I already feel lighter and more relaxed. I'm certain this out-of-control spending behavior has been holding me back in other areas of life, so I'm looking forward to things opening up for me now that I'm serious about getting out from under the thumb of financial chaos.

I just finished reading “Heal your wounds” by Lise Bourbeau. In my second separation with my twin flame, and today I just felt this immense tingling sensation in my heart, like I was falling in love, but that love was directed for myself. That feeling moved down through my lower chakras and now it’s settled into my root chakra…
And then it dawned on me… even though I forgive my twin flame for the hurt, I understand it now, I understand where I wasn’t showing up for myself and how I wasn’t speaking up for my needs.
I had a cry, a happy one. I feel at peace. I really don’t need my twin to feel happy with myself… there’s so much great stuff about me that I already possess and I have the tools already to embody the things my twin possessed… I feel so good.

WOW... I actually accepted what you are saying, this weekend. I went to lunch with a friend on Friday, we talked about stuff, over the weekend I talked with another person I know, especially last night, that person just vented her drama,,, and it affected me I stayed awake until 2 AM,,, that I have been trying to resolve my insomnia, its been mostly because I have not established boundaries with certain people, so I told that 1 person that I have goals & listening to her drama is taking me away from my goals, so I was establishing a boundary with her..
