    What a f'n Legend! Sonny Vaccaro created the modern Association. Too humble, himself, to say it.

    Sonny’s story’s are always consistent. I’ve listened and watched him for probably 20 some years. SoCal radio and TV. I’m always riveted. He’s a good person.

    I think having a father that played pro, growing up playing practicing and learning from a pro may have something to do with it. If you have genetics for height and more than 10 years of training Id consider you a loser if you don't at least ride the bench in the NBA.

      You got to have an underdog story, at a world role model, an icon..like babe Ruth, Ali, Jordan..is more interesting to watch. Kobe is great basketball player but at I see he have nothing interesting, kobe is not a role model, underdog story no, an icon ok yes.

    • @Liyfa_Unpay

      @Liyfa_Unpay . I don't fu..cking hate the guy, kobe a top 5 all time great, yes. Is kobe deserves to win more than 1 league MVP, yes atleast 3 league MVP. Is Kobe the best Lakers of alltime, yes. Is kobe better than LeBron, to me yes.

    • @Liyfa_Unpay
      @Liyfa_Unpay ปีที่แล้ว

      @@blueland9770 I agree with you all the way there. I was just trying to remind you of his entire career/story I think it’s more ups and downs with Kobe compared to Jordan “that we know of” a lot more drama playing with Shaq and post Shaq. The Allstar squad that lost to the Pistons.
      Off court issues. Being compared to MJ and then playing with a new generation being led by Lebron
      Some of things I’ve mention perhaps prevented Kobe from winning more than 1 MVP 🤔 The media played a big part.
      Kobe should have had at least 2 MVPs the 2 years he won the title without Shaq (3 straight appearances) he was clearly the best player at that time . He beaten the Celtics & Magic which led to the Great Miami Migration 😂 and the rest is history.
