      Aileen Averion That’s a nice thought for your husband and your country. Don’t you wish it would be easy to just make something up and feed it to everyone and this virus will be over, especially, if it had chocolate in it. God you too.

    I'm sorry, but I definitely think the ingredients should be double. Hahaha. Well marshmallows are enough, but more chocolate and more of the granola layer.
    I guess every time I have bought granola bars they always seem too small, so I stopped buying them.
    Until seeing this video, I realize I must make these. A lot of these. Soft and chewy is much better than the hard and crunchy bars for me.
    I bet these can go in the freezer and warmed up briefly in toaster oven.
    Thanks again for another great recipe I didn't know how much I want it!

    Would be great if you experiment a bit with making this gluten free. I say that because gf graham crackera require less butter when making the crust. You are a great instuctor. Those required to eat gluten free could become great bakers under your teaching.
    Giving all the gram ingredients is great for gluten free, it is best success for gf baking to weigh the ingredientsyour clementine torte with almond flour tasted great!

  • @MrKabloona

    Stephanie! Please move your enameled cast iron pumpkin pot to the center of your rack. I have two of those racks and I know that the one I put enameled pot on will not hold them in place real well ( a good thunderstorm will move 'em ). I would hate to have the pumpkin pot fall, strike the pots below it and take some chunks out of the enamel. p.s.: I find that even a little thin round of card stock or cardboard will keep them from moving.

    • @joyofbaking
      @joyofbaking 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, I just checked it and it seems very solid solid. It would take a pretty good earthquake to knock it over which is rare in Georgia. Maybe your rack or pot is a little different.

    • @MrKabloona
      @MrKabloona 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your probably right, my racks must be different. I live in the same state, just the top end ...not known for being the epicenter of earthquakes. I would love to know if you found digestive biscuits locally or if you had to get them online. I have never seen them at any local stores. Seems to be a European staple.

      That's rude. Stephanie takes the time to share recipes so that people, including kids, can learn to enjoy new recipes. Yet you want to demand she cater only to your level. Very selfish.
      I have made many of Stephanie's bars, but have not made these. I probably would not have thought about these ingredients together. Not into marshmallows, yet I think the proportions are great. So, I will make these and consider it a skill and yummy win for me, simple or not.
