Yes, but technically since he's no longer part of Theee Days Grace they ownership of the songs aren't his, so from a trademark/copyright stand point the songs belong to the band, not the individual members, so he does have to call it a cover since it's Saint Asonia covering Three Days Grace and not Adam Gontier singing Adam Gontier's written song
