Billy is one of my favorite ghost horror character of all time.
i find the design really nice from him. I dont see any other character like him. With the Arrow in his head. He was a little kid but so angry billy billy billy!

The arrow was difficult for me to achieve. He has Veruca Salt vibes, fro Willy Wonka and The Chocolate factory.
