GUYS I FOUND A SECRET WITH THE ISLAND NAMES!!! Melemele means Yellow in Hawaiian, and that is their main color. Same with all the other Island names, with their respective colors, of course.
Another fact building on that: each kahuna wears an article of clothing that matches their island's color. Kahuna Hala wears a yellow Aloha shirt. Kahuna Olivia wears a pink shirt. Kahuna Nanu wears a red undershirt. And Kahuna Hapu wears a purple hat.
