What is the difference between rashi and lagan? From what I can tell lagan is the number of our kundli starts and rashi only has first house effect. What does rashi signify and what does lagan signify? In each house it seems like you can have 2 different things except for first house which is rashi lagan and planet. In all other houses it is the planet and the corresponding number that depend on what your lagan starts with. Please let me know if I am understanding this right and shed some more light on the differences of each item.
