Hi Henry's i hope you Guy's find your forever home❤ My hubby and i purchased 6 acres of land during covid we got it really, really cheap. From what i bulider told us, we actually got a steal, we built our 2900sqft home on it. We have been here now right at a year, and it's a few little things that we forgot to add cosmetically. Other than that, i wouldn't change one thing about it. I really hope you find what works for your family❤❤❤❤
New builds are always gonna give you that new feel and open concept. They are more pricey I understand that you are staying within a budget. I agree with hubby a basement would be awesome. But I did hear the agent say that it may put you outside of your timeframe. I think I would ask the question how far outside of the timeframe or I would recommend looking for a quality builder who is building a basement home and see whether that floorplan would work for you all. We also have to keep in mind that the model homes are built to display all of the upgrades so it’s gonna look.”fly” 🥰 I am praying for you all. You definitely deserve a home for your family. I think If y’all build you would get the most house for the price you guys want honestly the home you have now is nicer then any of the homes you toured. You have good taste I would just say start shopping for land. I’ve have some family members build and there house were so much nicer then the ones on the market

Yeah that first one was not functional I completely agree and really small. When you walked in I was like wait ah minute this don’t match with the outside. Happy house hunting. I know the lord is going to bring y’all the perfect home for your family ❤
House number 3 ❤❤ i always feel likenits better to have more space and not need it than getting something smaller and later wishing you had the space. I would out the older kiddos downstairs 🎉. And smaller upstairs❤ you know kids adjust well and they would love it being like their own little suite/apartment. Lol i can see yall making home 3 amazing despite the smaller backyard. Also with yard 3 you can always knock out trees to take advantage of all the yard space and open it up more. ❤

I suggest sharing your concerns with the realtors openly.... First house, quite a bit of your dislikes were said to your children who pretty much repeated the same dislikes.... I suggest asking their opinion before offering yours to get their honest opinion❤..... Collectively, great selection of homes and thank you for sharing your journey with us....... I love the second house with intercoms in it. Rooms were big, a lot of them on the same level. Beautiful view out back, finished basement! Those rooms are big enough to install those custom bunk beds and all four younger girl could sleep there and turn a small room into a large closet for them! I just see a lot of potential in that one for your family. The third one was beautiful but very busy. lol happy house hunting anyway ❤
This was so fun to watch ❤! Finally some closet space! I loved having an extra kitchen in the basement, especially with the kids. Then you can keep the upstairs main kitchen cleaner during parties and holiday cooking. I really loved the houses with some color on the walls!!! All white walls are not my favorite. Your children are so well behaved ❤!!! Very awesome you took the children with you to help decide which home will work best for your gorgeous family ❤! If it were in your budget a custom build would be perfect. This way you ensure you get everything you want. I do know the DRB Homes which was one of the builders’ model home you visited builds a 6/6/1 where 4 En-Suite bedrooms are on the UL, 1 En-Suite on the ML and you can have them build out and En-Suite Bdrm in the basement making this house a 6/6/1. Its called The Creighton. I don’t know if that floor plans is offered in FL but worth an ask if interested.

Those homes are beautiful but I think you should get the one with a lot of bedrooms so everyone can be comfortable, Lisa is a young adult she needs her own room.
The houses all looks good, however base on your opinion of the houses, i think your are looking for a bigger kitchen space,and also bigger closets space and diffenetly a huge back yard..and i don't see all three in any of the houses..but i pray you find something soon🙏✨💖✨

Take the 7 bedroom house! These newer builds arent as sturdy, and will blow dwn. That 7 bedroom didnt have a big enough backyard but its workable. Yall need the space, especially with #9 coming!

Take the 7 bedroom house! These newer builds arent as sturdy, and will blow dwn. That 7 bedroom didnt have a big enough backyard but its workable. Yall need the space, especially with #9 coming!

Im from the Midwest, and we had basements there, but not in Texas.
Ist House looks bigger from outside. But all the rooms and kitchen looks very small for ur family ❤
