The supermarkets and shops are cheap, but the houses extremely expensive and never worth the money you pay for many of those badly maintained ruins. Inland you can find some affordable apartments, but forget about northern European quality. Check all technical parts and have that done by professionals. Spaniards improvise quite often with the cheapest possible materials and very often things are never finished properly. My father was a builder in Spain for 15 years, and had to check every single thing, plus educating those people how to build a house that lasts longer than one generation.

It's a NATURAL part of every woman's life ! Just stay slim, fit and active. There are so many natural remedies for any signs and symptoms. Many women don't suffer these at all. I wish they'd just accept it's natural, and get on with it.
I couldnt stop looking at that workout lady, with her skin hanging out of her tight top. Why didnt anyone on camera tell her to rearrange and tuck it in. The purpose of the lycra to hold everything firm & tight seemed to have got lost on her armpit flesh. Deffo want to take her class though. 😊
