Another great vlog guys!... Thank you for sharing... I have never stayed at the Costa Calero Hotel... Lanzarote.. But... Always use the facilities there... The sun lounges... The swimming pools... And even the showers on the lower floors... Amazing hotel to relax and chill🌞
We always stay at Matagorda and you can walk alog to the airport fence and watch the planes take off. The promenade is a nice walk and you can watch the planes come in, gets quite busy as its the flight path
It’s interesting that 6:30 is early for dinner to you, since I am more likely to be eating dinner between 5:30 and 6:00. But it’s not unusual for me to have to be somewhere at 7:00 or 7:30, so part of that is for practical reasons. Anyway, the food at the Italian restaurant looked pretty tasty. Too bad your WebCam plans at the airport didn’t pan out!
I love watching the planes at 'The Hill' at Manchester Airport. The buzz of the Emirates A380 approaching to take off is amazing. Lanzarote looks amazing for February. Food all looks fab. Looking forward to your next few days.
This just popped up on my TH-cam feed this video, might be a little far but it's worth it for half a day have a picknick and beer at the back of Manchester airport go under the airport tunnels to the roundabout first left jump over the gate and boom next to the runway great day out to chill and watch planes and great if it's sunny

Leigh, I also enjoy a Bailey’s and ice. However, for some reason I seem to only drink it in the winter, when I actually should blend it with a scoop of ice cream for a refreshing summer milkshake 😋!
Great vlog both....shame they don't have the really big planes landing at Lanzarote....I think the biggest ones that land there are the A330s but awesome anyway when your standing under a plane that's landing.
@@TheLodgeGuys no but been enough it feels like it. FIL is from northern tenerife so used to spend holidays in family home, travelling round the island and seeing and experiencing proper tenerife as we call it. I feel at home there. Strange not having been in so long.
I learnt to fit at Leeds Bradford the highest airport in the UK so know all about crosswind landings nothing s bit of yaw can't sort out on the flare :)
Where abouts in Lanzarote are you staying? I went 15 years ago and considering going back maybe next year. Any tips would be appreciated! On another note; both of you in the car = keeping up appearances!! (Tv show) x

We usually eat between 5 and 8, the Italian looked gorgeous but unfortunately it ended there the lasagna had zero taste :(

them are not barriers they are deflectors to stop the blast of the plane engines

Our chests were rumbling love it, as a pilot myself I know what happens inside the cockpit with the tower so it makes me nervous hehe
