At school, we were asked to not use them at all and I managed to avoid them, using words coming from the French such as Arriver, entrer, until I realized my English didn't seem natural at all . On top of that, I wasn’t able to understand what I wanted to read or with little acurracy. So I decided to bit the bullet and I ended up completly addicted ...And they gave me the opportunity to fill up lots of gaps in my vocabulary . Hello, teacher Bob. Phrasal verbs are the affliction of the learning process. But, I understood all the reasons that you've mentioned. I require to appreciate by hook by crook. I knew the phrasal verb is crucial for communicating with someone who doesn't know the incentive efficiently. I could memorize how can I build up phrasal verbs. This video is fascinating. I've also established phrasal verbs in books, novels, movies, etc. The empty phrasal verb we couldn't get communicated efficacy. You did a terrific job of elucidating this phrasal verb part of rudimentary grammar. Thanks a million, for the tremendous lesson. Have an ebullient day!😃😃

Hi, Bob! Personally I know the meaning of almost every phrasal verb included in your video but in a situation where i need to communicate with people, i would use "normal" verbs. It simply wouldnt come up to my stressful mind :)

Thank you Mr. Bob, there are good reasons to learn paharasal verbs. You explanation is marvelous, thanks for the research. I will try so hard to memorize and acquire some paharasal verbs.
Hello dear teacher! Yeah, it's a real joy to learn phrasal verbs and I am not being joking because let's take a look at random 7 minutes long video of Jimmy Fallon and what do we have: send out, pass up, play along, follow up, get excited, flip out, rub it in, hear me out ! And I am not talking about these " you got to go, you got to be done, that's when you get it! Sometimes it takes me an hour or so just to watch 5 minutes video!🥺😭🤧

I understand. It can be annoying, especially the ones that make no sense at all. At least a phrasal verb like, "start on" is easy to figure out, but I'm not sure how "catch on" became a phrase that means "to understand or learn" English is crazy! 😎🔥☘️
