I would not have survived in Canada on my only visit if I didn’t know the phrasal verb “look for,” because almost all of my conversations with people began with the words “Excuse me, can you help me? I'm looking for ..." Speaking and uderstanding English without phrasal verbs is out of the question.

Hy Teacher Bob! You know what, until recently phrasal verbs were my worst nightmare, I used to hate them ! At school, we were asked to not use them at all and I managed to avoid them, using words coming from the French such as Arriver, entrer, until I realized my English didn't seem natural at all . On top of that, I wasn’t able to understand what I wanted to read or with little acurracy. So I decided to bit the bullet and I ended up completly addicted ...And they gave me the opportunity to fill up lots of gaps in my vocabulary . But I know the path is still very long especially with those with multiple meanings..where is the magic bullet ? 🤣🤣 thanks a lot for your relevant lessons!

Hello, teacher Bob. Phrasal verbs are the affliction of the learning process. But, I understood all the reasons that you've mentioned. I require to appreciate by hook by crook. I knew the phrasal verb is crucial for communicating with someone who doesn't know the incentive efficiently. I could memorize how can I build up phrasal verbs. This video is fascinating. I didn't know earlier phrasal verbs. Now, I comprehended and, captivated for conversation. I assimilated how to use in speaking and, understanding. I've also established phrasal verbs in books, novels, movies, etc. The empty phrasal verb we couldn't get communicated efficacy. You did a terrific job of elucidating this phrasal verb part of rudimentary grammar. Thanks a million, for the tremendous lesson. Have an ebullient day!😃😃
