I don’t understand why you guys don’t buy tree storage bags?!?! It would make your lives so much easier as you can put one whole tree in each along with the lights and cables that go on that tree so it’s all kept together and would be easier to get in and out of the loft without injuring Mark. It would save so much hassle!! Although maybe we’d miss out on the dramatic content! 😂

OMG I swear that’s the tree I have! (But smaller version). I bought mine last year. I had the same issue where half the tree lit up and other didn’t! I was devastated and thought it wasn’t working. I too thought that I broke it and was genuinely upset that I wouldn’t have a proper tree for Xmas. I even contemplated buying new lights but couldn’t bring myself to do it so I recognise Nads sheer disappointment and devastation. I eventually found out that’s it’s because you have to line up the plugs (and they are so well hidden on the tree - it took me an hour to find them it out - I was so pissed off how easy it was and I still haven’t recovered, so I truly feel your pain, anger and frustration). I too had to take the tree apart to figure it out . It doesn’t help that the instructions you get are total crap🎄🎄😂🎄😂🎄😂 When I put my tree away next year, I will colour code the plugs so that I can find them😂😂😂 This tree belongs on the Krypton Factor- honestly 😂😂😂 Btw Dina is an Angel🧚♀️🧚♂️

An idea for the tree light connectors, use nail polish and colour code the pairs. Next year pink to pink, blue to blue etc.
