Yeah I listen to in the morning after I do breath work and while listening I knocked out five hundred pushups in hour this does give me extra strength and endurance...

I am IS super human. By adding "is" after "I am" reminds you of oneness and keeps the ego in check. You may even get faster results because self-worth issues will be less likely to sabotage you and you'll know the Divine Mind can already do anything. I learned this from Chuck Hillig. I would highly recommend his books and talks.
