This guy! This guy is on fire with his cooking skills everything comes out perfect every time and if you watch closely he is teaching you how to chop vegetables the RIGHT way. Don’t chop garlic fools ya hands will smell ya gotta grind it with a giant ass mortar and pestle with some ginger which I’ve noticed he hasn’t used once. Maybe it’s a regional thing adding ginger to garlic for spinach curry?
