Too much traffick in LA. Too hot. LA isn't constructed to be tourist friendly. Bus transportation system is horrible. Bumper to bumper traffick. Concrete city. Seattle has a transportation system with many busses. LA doesn't and it can't because there's too much traffick and it's too hot.
