When people find out that I'm learning Korean... Their reaction is why on earth are you learning that language? Kind of negative and unsupportive sounding.
You are doing the right thing. Don't let others discourage you. Consider how many people are learning this beautiful language. Learning a language helps to keep the mind (i.e. cognitive ability) actively developing. I celebrate your journey 🎉

I live near Toronto and it is the most multicultural place in the world and there are millions of people. There are people from every country in the world and they all come to Canada to start a new life with a new language. So to me it is so common to see immigrants. I see this is not so common in other places like Korea where it is relatively rare to have a foreigner learning your language. I find it fascinating that there are places without that many immigrants in their country.
I really want to learn Korean language..it's amazing..what he is saying true!just watching is making you familiarize the language..but using it makes you learn faster..as I, learning Arabic is very hard at first but I have no choice I need to be used to it because it is the only outlet that I could communicate..or else we I can't understand what they are saying because English is very hard for them also😢

저는 인도친구가 없는데 말레이시아에 인도계 친구가 있어요. 그 사람은 중국말을 잘 하는데다가 우리 일본말도 잘 해요. 그가 말하기를 Tamil말과 일어는 문법이 비슷하기 때문에 일본말 배우기가 쉽다더라구요. 인도사람은 머리가 좋은가 봅니다.
투물님은 제가봤을때 어디서든 성공했었을것 같네요.
