This is so upsetting to see, this used to be my recently passed Grannie’s home of 70 years and they’ve stripped all the beautiful character that my grandparent’s house once had- especially the front and back yards. Truly heartbreaking.
That pool and deck would be the first thing to get rid off. My motto: if there's not enough land for a pool and a yard, then don't put in a pool. LOVE that master ensuite tub!
I'd put a rail or some sort of barrier around the stairs that lead to the basement sliding door in the backyard. You never know...owner or some guests might have one drink too many at a nighttime pool party, miss the hole in the dark and ... splat!!
