I wonder why Chama wasn’t placed at Taipei Zoo like Iriki and Tayari. Iriki and Chama were close at Apenheul. I would have loved to have seen them kept together.

LOL When I first started watching this video I hadn't looked at the description, but I was thinking the one youngster shaking the tree limb sure reminded me of Jabali in Taiwan, then I read that it was his Mother Tayari. I should have known.

I believe that you will burst out laughing when you see Iriki in that video. The video does not allow me to link. I'm not sure, but I guess they wanted only 2 females and then the keepers chose these two.
Tayari has to be the one on the end of the branch trying to make it bounce around lol

M'Zungu, Tayari and Chama were all on the branch. Chama and Tayari looked alike a lot back then. Their moms are full sisters.
