Hello -- no, I don't think that will affect your result. Duolingo asks those questions so that they can have data about test takers and understand better who is taking the DET. I would be very surprised if they used it as part of their scoring.

The official mock test is quite accurate, so I would expect your real scores to be around 120 :)
