    I've been fermenting cucumbers and cabbage for years but have recently come around to fermenting other vegetables and also fruit,your salsa sounds so easy and delicious I'm going to make it today while we still have our home grow tomatoes,thanks for a great no nonsense advice and recipes,wish you lots of health from UK, Nina.❤

    Great information. I enjoyed the video. I have my laptop on the highest volume and I am still struggling to hear you. The opening music is ok but, your voice is too low. Thanks

    mexican here: never heard of fermented salsa, lets just say i'm not familiar. i like my salsa fresh doesn't last long cause i eat it all. rarely i've brought some left over salsa from restaurant and have gone a bit more acid tasting, i still eat it. having said that *i must try and make your recipe*
