I booked this stay from my money (this is not a paid promotion) more than a year back when I got it for 2500rs on airbnb, i made a video so that other people could also book it and get benefitted from such steal deal and my positive review is completely based on the service and stay i experienced considering i paid only 2500rs and not more than that, it's been so long since then, the video went viral and a lot of people booked this place for the same price which i mentioned and even commented and sent me multiple dms thanking for the same, with time the demand raised so much the owners changed the prices (infact even the owners changed and somebody else is managing the property and not the original owners who hosted us) consider this before making any judgement. Its 5k+ per night. And that private baby pool clearly has no privacy as the owner didn't bother to place a little bit of the HDPE sheet more so that it could have given some privacy. They tried to put some covering from the adjacent cottage but then cost cutting worked it seems.

Since I came across your video I was planning for get here from very long time.
Finally I ended up booking it for yesterday not in 2500/- though but in 6500/- I was having a lot of expectation from this room. As soon as I started looking into things, the utensils provided in the kitchen area were so dirty, seemed like pervious guests used and the care taker didn’t wash.
Except pool there is no wow factor in this room. At this moment the room has lost it’s charm + there is no proper restaurant facility. Very limited menu with no taste. Anyone who is now watching this video and planning to book this place please don’t book hillside gem. They don’t even provide a complementary water. Even delivery food to room is chargeable every-time. Try to book another villa since holiday maiyaan is a township and there are lots of other rooms on rent.

I booked this property in February 2022 on Airbnb for 2500 and my review is completely based on the amenities i received FOR THIS PRICE, i made this video to share my experience with you all (once again stating here that this is no paid promotion or sponsored video), fortunately the video got viral and a lot of people who saw it on time, even booked this property for the same price, visited the place and shared their good experience with us too. It is disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't the same but what you're saying here is totally different, i would personally never ever book this place for 6500, it is not worth that much ofcourse, they've raised the price now due to over demand and even the previous owner got changed, i have mentioned everything in my pinned comment. Hope you understand.
