- We had a great dinner at La Vaca Azul restaurant in El Cotillo, superb paella and fresh seafood. You could pick your fish from the wet fish bar. We had a table downstairs at the front so we could watch the kids playing in the rock pools while we had a glass of wine. The lightly battered squid was beautiful. Can't wait to go back.
