Great, informative video, Jeff! I’ve been ill and haven’t been to AC since 5/2022. Good to see how things are looking now. Hoping to get back on the boards soon!
I love Atlantic City and I think it would be a shame if everything that can be done to improve the beaches and repair fire damage isn’t taken seriously. The Mayor was saying how difficult it was to police the piers and keep the homeless from setting up camp. I don’t understand not being able to protect your bread and butter. I’m coming down in May and hearing about that last fire concerned me. I was relieved to hear it wasn’t arson but don’t think it’s too much to ask that the pier be kept safe. The Casinos should be involved with law enforcement on what should and could be done for pier safety and spare no expense. If people don’t feel safe they will not come. Set up security just for the pier. If they don’t pursue this rigorously they stand to lose big time. Like I said I love Atlantic City, they could build a hundred casinos around me in Brooklyn and I won’t go. Because they don’t offer the whole package like the boardwalk the restaurants the entertainment just the ambience is everything to me. I really hope they turn these unfortunate events around and keep the people coming. I do enjoy your videos so thanks for keeping me updated.

I wonder what the summer weather's going to be. I haven't heard anything about El Nino or anything like that. I heard that there's going to be more tropical storms on the whole (maybe not here on the East Coast) because the water temperature in the tropics never got as cold as it usually does, so the water temperatures will be warm, which I think plays a role in the forming of storms somehow. A lot of these comments seem to be out of touch with reality. Businesses for the most part do not locate to a city with a 40% poverty rate unless they are government subsidized. Income is what drives the economy and the city should not depend on government for too much. No city wage tax in the city and most of the casino tax revenue goes to the state.

Address it how? Democrats run this city into the ground just like all the other cities. Nothing’s ever going to change.
I’m actually enjoying this video which is odd considering that I live in Philadelphia and haven’t been to AC or any of the Jersey shore points in God know how long due to the fact that I kinda hate them all to be honest🤣. I’m a bit of a beach snob and since Rio de Janeiro is my second home and I’ve been to so many great beaches around the world I just get turned off by the ugly appearance and ridiculously high prices of so many of the Jersey shore points but hey I’m enjoying this video because it’s allowing me to see AC without having to actually go since that just never seems to happen anyway.
Thanks for watching and subscribing Chris! Just a head's up ... The U.S. currently has a travel safety advisory for U.S. citizens visiting Brazil and Rio de Janeiro and is advising visitors to use caution. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories/brazil-travel-advisory.html
I need AC!
It hasn't gone anywhere! LOL!
Last day's for this place
Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Where is this
Atlantic City Boardwalk. Thanks for watching!
👍👍👍👍
Thanks Jason!
Why don’t you just do videos on what you know, you don’t know much about Atlantic City. 😅
Thanks for watching Thelma! I suppose a subscription is out of the question? Your refund is on the way!
I find these videos quite informative and entertaining. I also enjoy viewers contributions as well. DO you know anything of interest happening in AC? Maybe you should share. DO AC!
Just your typical DemocRAT run city.
Gonna miss the house of blues sign, good times at the old showboat
I loved HOB! I wish it would come back some day. I've visited lots of them in my travels! Thanks for watching and subscribing Jimmy!
