Is it same technique when you make these vadas like IDLIS????? Thank you for looking into the recipe! For previewing the recipe, I am showing smaller quantity. As you can see, one steaming plate can accommodate 7 Vada's. My steamer can have 2 plates which is 14 Vada's steaming at the same time. Also you can use air fryer with bigger quantity and add all of them together or use oven. In the beginning when you are learning new and healthy way of cooking, yes you will find headaches, buy once you become and expert you will love these Vada's as they are not deep fried. This is a healthier version than the regular Vada's. Keep an open mind to new learning. Good luck!
