GLG is great, but La Grande Épicerie in the 7th arrondissement offers a more relaxed and spacious experience. And there are very few tourists.

I agree. It’s the premier epicurean source in Paris. There is a truffle bar. Multiple places to eat by speciality. The wine & liquor level is spectacular.
