- Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers managed to escape from New York with a 25-23 win over the Giants in a game that was much closer than anyone expected. The New York Giants had a chance to tie the game on a 2-point conversion attempt in the final minute, but Daniel Jones’pass to Dion Lewis was slightly off target and the refs picked up a flag for a possible pass interference call on Bucs rookie safety Antoine Winfield Jr. Hear what Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe have to say about the pass interference.

@Thomas Sankara Burfict rushed to intentionally hit Brown; McLeod was in a blocking motion when he hit Sanders. check the videos; you can see the difference of one sharply dipping his shoulder to hit the head, and another's shoulder just being on the way of a colliding helmet.

A scale from 1 to 10. 10 being great. I would say the Buc's defense was a 7. If it wasn't for the 2 Interceptions I would give them a 5. The Buc's Offense was a 5. Brady was a 4. I was not impressed with the Buc's at all. Very disappointing. The Buc's have a lot a work to do. I thought that they would have beaten this team by at least 2 TD's. There is no way right at this point that Tampa Bay would beat a really good team. I have not been impressed with Brady too often this season. @@renatamcghee6750 The refs can’t “freeze the frame” and see if it’s pass interference or not in real time. Especially when it’s that close. That was a close call and a terrible throw to begin with
I usually agree with Shannon but not this time. Anyone actually watching the game and saw the play, when the defender got close to the running back Deion Lewis the running back stopped leaning back into the defender because the ball was thrown late and somewhat behind him...rather being thrown to the pile on...if you watch from every angle you can clearly see that the defender Winfield never actually grabbed Lewis or even hooked him in any way...plus the football hit him in the side of his arm....Daniel Jones underthrew multiple passes all night, as well as over threw them as well.....it's not something that should be over hyped...the Giants were slated to lose anyway and to be honest, even with chances to win, they found a way to lose. If you feel the game swayed/hinged over one play then you really didn't watch the game.....a game is won or lost over the duration of 4 quarters.
