Because Steffy is that new shiny toy ... he eventually will go back to the worn out one that belongs to his heart
@Lynn Hino only because steffy pushed Liam and Hope together - several times. You never hear hope or Brooke acknowledge that though - they both act like they make all the sacrifices and they're always the victims.

I had a thought Liam reputatiion with Steffy was ruined by Bell and hoards of fans protested liam with Steffy but Bell knows also the super couple are box office gold in the soap so what if new romance for Steffy isnt a good man and liam finds out stuff and Steffy leans towards liam and liam sees danger and he helps our Steffy but the triangle is a man who wont let go and Steffy scared now Liam can actually save her and reboot Steam cover issues and appease fans just a thought
Mandy Rayner interesting. 🤔 that would appeal his rescuer instinct... but I still think Liam should get rid off Hope on his own first - like see her in the true light. He was so close on being free when he tried to propose the her earlier on in the year, before the kiss Thomas arranged (although Liam didn’t pull away and kissed Steffy back and even kissed her on Valentine’s Day). I really want for Liam to leave hopeless on his own volition. Whilst this is happening, Steffy finds a new man who is dangerous and liar but she doesn’t know at first. Liam sees it. But he knows he can’t just butt in as he has no right at the moment. But things escalate and Liam starts to fight for His Steffy and Kelly. I need him to see fighting for them as he has hurt Steffy too many times. What do you think?

That's what Logans do. Blame others. Its never their fault.. Even in 2023, when Liam confronted Hope about her kissing Thomas, Hope tried to deflect and say it was because of Liam and his past with Steffy.
The moment between Steffy and Taylor, when Taylor gave her the neckless, and they hugged, brought tears into my eyes, I was feeling how beautifully Taylor handled everything and filled Pheobe, Ridge and Stephanie's place. She was quite a lady and mother.
2023 Finn is a breath of fresh air, however watching these episodes I see Liam’s love for Steffy. Wish the writers would make STEAM the endgame!!
They will. They are currently laying the groundwork for a Steam reunion. I predict it will officially happen either by the end of 2023 or sometime in 2024

As a Steffy fan, I have to say that Kim Matula was a great Hope. She played with so much feeling and passion. Hope was still "alive" at that time. A.N.. as an actress doesn't do the Hope role really good. A boring appearance, boring clothes and no energy. It's a shame. And this time I even liked Brooke. She was sensible at last and didn't even push Hope to crash the wedding. Hope had taken over her mother's war. Thank God Brooke acted sensibly this time.

Someone really needed to tell Hope that people can't get 'stolen'. She chose to dump Liam the first time and he turned around and proposed to Steffy. She chose to dump Liam a second time and again he turned to Steffy. Why did she expect him to do? Sit around in the Cliff House waiting for her to decide to take him back?
He wasn't even fazed when she left him. He moved on.

The Logans always claim to want unity and to unite the family and to stop all the fighting this would've been the perfect opportunity to do that. They should've gone to the wedding to put everything behind them.
Love how he didn't hesitate for a second to slip that ring on Steffy's finger, but if you watch the episode where Brooke surprised Hope and Liam with a wedding he hesitated which is what gave Steffy the chance to interrupt the wedding. He may be in love with Hope, but he was always more than happy to marry Steffy.

He loves a lot of Hope Girl next door demeanor and her so called values, while He loves Steffy for her intellect, tomboy/Sexy and her ability to know more about Liam than any other woman he has been with even Hope. Yes it's quite irritating and unpleasant to know that your lover had love for someone once upon a time but being secure in yourself enough to know that what they had with that person doesn't nullifying what you two share but only deepens it. She's dynamic and independent, fierce and loyal, self sufficient and wise beyond her years. She's not some abstract ideal to live up to, she's real and so is he. That's always been Liam's problem. Exactly. If you love something, set it free. Everytime Steffy was ready to let Liam go and try to move on, Liam came back to her. Hope and the other Logans thought Liam and Steffy's connection was just an act or manipulation but no. They never saw their relationship up close and personal. We the audience did. We saw real genuine love and passion between Steffy and Liam. Hope should have just accepted the fact that Liam was not the guy for her.

@Gilda Sassi Ha, funny. At least Taylor didn't stage the wedding, as Brooke so often did with Hope. Brooke is our top wedding planner. Her favorite activity. Taylor didn't push it. Of course she was happy because Steffy is pregnant. But if that wasn't a happy wedding, then all Hope weddings are not, because Liam was never so happy at one of those weddings.
@Gilda Sassi at least Liam had some input. He got Steffy's favorite singer, he planned the honeymoon to a place that triggers Hope, no less, but then Liam's always more excited to marry Steffy than Hope. Hence why he's always so eager to plan and actually does.
@@suprsparx , yes! Steffy and Liam planned this wedding together and Liam was an active part of making it special for Steffy. In the Lope wedding that finally took , the most Liam did was sprinkle some rose petals in the cabin. Liam shares so much of himself with Steffy (like when he took Steffy paragliding).
I was also struck that Liam sees Aspen as a special place for him and Steffy, not a traumatic place for Hope.

And I also think of the months when he fought for Steffy when she was married to Wyatt, how only by remembering her - and not Hope - did he find his way back. It would be presumptuous to say that he only ever loved Hope, because he didn't act that way. But I'm glad he's away from Steffy today, because his life with Hope is just one thing: terribly boring, like an old married couple at the stove.
I swear I will never understand how the Logans logic on life works. Hope had numerous of times to marry Liam but she backed out each time and ran off to get more time to collect her values or whatever. Liam was going to marry Steffy with or without her saying it, so she isn't the reason behind it. She just can't face the fact that Steffy was never a rebound like her & her mother thought. I can't stand her here and can't stand her now. Even to this date, she is still a spoiled brat little girl who only with Liam because Steffy chose to walk away from the drama. Bill I think will always love Steffy the most. Look at what he has done for her. Know one has ever caused Bill to turn his back on his own child except Steffy. Even now he made everyone believe he turned his back on them when he got with Shelia. He did that for Steffy. He sacrificed a tremendous amount to try and protect Steffy from her. He claimed it was for everyone but yet Steffy and the kids were the only ones in danger from her. He also gave Steffy his stock for nothing in return. Brooke tried that and failed. You don't make sacrifices like that unless it is a true love. I'm not saying he never loved Katie or Brooke but not like he loves Steffy. She can challenge him, she can calm him and she in his mind is his true equal. He respects her more than anyone else and defends her always.

Oh I know. I cannot help but to compare this wedding and Hopeless reaction to the one when Liam & Hopeless got married. Steffy was gracious, even spoke at their wedding even though it was killing her inside. Not once she called Hopeless’ baby a trap (even though it was - let’s be honest) and even after Hopeless ‘lost’ her baby, Steffy continued to support Lope’s marriage, not jumping on Liam like Hope did. Sometimes I want to shake Liam and yell at him... what the hell is going on in his mind?? Why is he with Hopeless - I honestly don’t see it... I really really hope that the writers will fix this.... Steffy and Liam deserve to be together and have the family.... they are soulmates and deserve their happily ever after.
