You can use Optimum No Rinse as a really good light interior cleaner for your wipe-downs. Since ONR is so concentrated You can use it at a 256:1 or 16:1 ratio. Its really good for touch ups, light dusting, and just overall wipe-downs on a car that isn't to dirty on the inside. Saves a bunch of money too since its dilatable

80-$100 is my guess it's easy money since they aren't to filthy let the client decide monthly or weekly you should be in and out in a hour or hour and half that's 40-50 dollars an hour

Have you thought about using your compressor with the hose to blow the water off of the vehicles? Or is there a downside to that ?
They make hats like the one you have, but it has a fan on the inside and solar power on top. Works great. Might want to invest one for the summer.
