    Breath sensation at the base of the skull and let it flow all the way down the spine and let it flow through the leg and out to the toes- could you please tell where the inhale begin and exhale begin? Thank you ❤

      Hi, from my understanding, breath sensations are everywhere in the body. So in this sentence it means to place your attention at the base of the skull and feel the breath sensations moving down the spine. Usually people place their attention on the nostrils, but in this case, your attention is at the base of the skull. For me, I feel this sensation at the back of my head. Gradually I feel sensations in the crown of my head too.

    Instead of just reading it like a passage from a bk, if u had actually taken us thru a med practice with the 7 steps the effect would hv completely diff & so much more practical.
