The modern geopolitical scenario is changing fast, while the the UN is nothing but just a bunch of geriatric hospital patients. Why India is still with Russia is, we need them the most at this vulnerable situation and all our missile program, nuclear energy projects, strategic co operation are in collaboration with Russia.
