Lucky for you black capped behind green and green was extremely passive even though black didn't add to their cap. Purple killing black for 3 was good play, but then killing green for 2 cards didn't trade them in, and they didn't break you so maybe that was a play for 2nd. To play for 1st they had to full send you at some point.
If they put all their troops on their capital to make it a 45 cap defenders vs. 70 attackers, I think was the move to give them the best odds at winning. Though, maybe wait and kill for 3 is the best move. Unsure!

My guess is that the 30 whatever that were on cap were fortified back after making the black and green kills so he couldn't also fortify the 14 that he broke VC with
I'm pretty sure this guy is a Grandmaster/ "Green might be a strong player, he stacked his cap!" = 1 Wait, this isnt chess = 0 I love this/ "Looks like they're doing a lot, and we love that" = 1
If you were paying attention, you'd have known purple was dominating. The leader had 3 caps when you had 2 and green had one. Someone had to have 3 and it wasn't likely to be black or red

Took a crazy risk taking out green that turn made you soo weak. Paid off though and a perfect vampire chicken victory

I do quite like watching you play this map, but (like many maps) I wish the bonuses were marked more clearly.
Every game I've played on TL 5 people cap 1 side and the 1 person who caps on the other side snowballs out of control.
