For that you need to look into TextInputFormatter. You can override formatEditUpdate method and do the manipulation
Plz make a tutorial on flutter list view animations because most of the apps use list view to display large data and i want to learn how to present that large data through flutter animations

Flutter has RTL support, so it will work out of the box! You can explicitly define textAlign property

No, it only accepts string (single character). One thing you can do is refer to Unicode characters and use one of them.. like '\u2663' ♣
