I agree with @Deltafoxtrot comment below. It woud be helpful to know the original dates of these sermons. I am currently watching Chuck's Isaiah commentary. I am at chapters 13&14 (today), at which he recommends reading Is 13&14, Jer 50&51 and Rev 17&18 in one sitting. I did that. And so decided to listen to his commentary on Jer 50&51 (today). In the Isaiah study, he definitely says he believes in literal Babylon being rebuilt. In this study, he is saying NOT literal Babylon. I have no problem with changing your mind about something. I'd just like to know which opinion came second.
I wish we knew the dates these were made. Chuck specifically says he does not believe Babylon will be literal. In other videos he goes on and on about Saddam Hussein rebuilding it. Which is it?

I believe in another video he said Saddam wanted to be the fulfillment of that prophecy. Not necessarily that he believes Saddam is the fulfillment
