「對我來說，《44天》的誕生是一個美好的意外，它記錄著一段旅程所發生的故事。專輯中的六首歌不僅是我這段時間的生活軌跡，也是內心轉折的一段過程。這段時間我認識了很多新朋友，也重新對自己有更深的了解。」──白安
首波專輯主打〈吾愛無愛〉說穿了就是一個「心碎了但沒什麼大不了」的歌曲，就像歌詞中所說的：「人生不過短短幾十年／看開就不浪費」，從前段的溫柔低吟到後段激昂奔放，鋪疊出心境蛻變的過程。而〈吾愛無愛〉的英文歌名為”loveless”，為營造出無愛的空洞感，這首歌在編曲上雖有搭鼓，卻刻意抽離在編制上時常與鼓搭配的貝斯，白安形容：「因為貝斯的聲音會讓歌聽起來很穩，拿掉貝斯就像將一棟建築物的地基抽掉，只剩下空殼，會有一種空洞、心破掉的感覺，也更符合這首歌的意境。」

當初聽完歌內心某處被挖空，有點難過，感覺付出了很多很多自己認為重要的部分，最後卻什麼也沒有，心很累而感到無所謂。
而今天的mv更像一個面對自我並繼續向前的療程。從一開始場景設定在室內、牆上的時鐘，只有秒針不停轉動、微波爐裡兩個杯子周旋著，彷彿依舊卡在情緒及記憶裡，跳不出來；中間打開窗戶，風吹了進來，似乎漸漸可以走出去；而轉折在於玻璃杯被摔破、睜開眼睛、街上奔波的人車、水果掙脫塑膠袋、時鐘有了分針時針，都代表一切可以繼續向前，不再被過去束縛；最後無論是仰望紙花紛飛，或是頂樓上高唱的，抑或是從窗外望向屋內的自己的那個她，都充滿勇氣的去看待過往。
總之，很喜歡裡頭蘊藏的，也讚嘆吾與無諧音的巧妙，以及mv團隊能夠從一些日常的事物拍出意境，尤其是對於光影和速度的捕捉，真的很美💓
