did you get a permit to use the drone for NZD600 or you can just simply fly a drone anywhere in NZD? Im going to NZD this august. Kindly advise. I'm hopping to bring my drone, osmo, gopro, ,etc for filming. P/S: Ive read that NZD regulation on drone flying is quite strict. Kindly advise.

no there are a few rules but you do NOT need a permit. refer to drone part 101 www.caa.govt.nz/rules/rules.htm#Pts_101_102
